Cary built his career in Southern California's luxury real estate market. He has spent years developing relationships with top-producing agents and helping leading brokerages grow their teams. His experience includes recruiting for Compass and, today, working exclusively with Aaron Kirman and Christie's International Real Estate Southern California.

Recruiting at that level requires trust, discretion, and a genuine understanding of what each person needs to grow their business and advance their career. That experience shaped Garfinkel Advisory's core belief: the right opportunity can advance a person's career, and the right hire can change the course of a company.
