Cary began his recruiting career placing high-performing agents at top brokerages like Compass and most recently Christie’s International Real Estate | Southern California. His work grew from recruiting luxury agents to building the teams that support them—brokerage staff, high-volume agent teams, designers, assistants, and operational roles—followed by recruiting for affiliated title and escrow companies.

Over time, Cary’s work expanded across roles and businesses, leading to the founding of Garfinkel Advisory. Today, Garfinkel Advisory partners with growing companies nationwide to recruit high-impact talent with the same hands-on approach.
